Committees

As a member, you can run for any of the following committees:

• Advisory Board - make suggestions to Interact Commerce Corporation
• Convention Committee - plan annual conventions and celebrations for members
• Education Committee - organize seminars and instruction for members
• Elections Committee - handle nominations and elections of officers
• Examination & Requirements Committee - design the examinations for certification, and define proposed requirements for vote by the membership
• Jury Committee - handle appeals from members regarding examinations or membership
• Management Committee - manage web site, office, budget, and handing of dues
• Mediation Committee - facilitate peaceful dispute resolution between members
• Membership Committee - build membership and expand services to members
• Media Committee - design a monthly electronic newsletter and web site
• Political ACTion Committee - represent interests of members to government officials
• Science & Technology Committee - research on enhancements to and work-arounds for ACT
• User Groups Committee - support membership in volunteer user groups nationwide
